Her advisory work has been focused particularly on companies in the commerce, telecommunications, sanitary services, construction, real estate, and agrochemical sectors. Paula has extensive experience in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and public works concessions, having worked across the private, industry, and public sectors in corporate, administrative, and contractual matters. She serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), participating in the resolution of disputes related to construction, infrastructure, and energy projects.
