Paula has extensive experience in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and public works concessions, having worked across the private, industry, and public sectors in corporate, administrative, and contractual matters. She serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), participating in the resolution of disputes related to construction, infrastructure, and energy projects. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Technical Panel for Public Works Concessions (2020–2026 term), specializing in the resolution of technical and economic disputes arising from concession contracts. In parallel, she has developed a recognized practice in the rights of persons with disabilities and social inclusion, advising individuals and non-profit organizations, and actively participating in both civil society and governmental initiatives. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on inclusion, the exercise of rights, and access to justice. Since March 2018, she has been a partner at Aylwin y Asociados Abogados, where she combines her experience in infrastructure and concessions with a strong commitment to the protection of human rights and social inclusion.
