Jorge has developed his professional practice in the area of dispute prevention and resolution, representing companies—both domestic and international—before ordinary and special courts, including the Public Procurement Tribunal, the Industrial Property Tribunal, the Tax and Customs Courts, and the ANFP Financial Fair Play Tribunal. He has international experience in the United States and the United Kingdom in the field of international arbitration, administering cases for the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and advising clients in arbitral proceedings before leading global institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, CAM Santiago, as well as in ad hoc proceedings. He has also served as secretary administrative of the arbitral tribunal in various arbitration proceedings conducted under CAM Santiago rules. He has extensive experience in corporate and tax advisory services, representing both individuals and companies, domestic and international, including corporate reorganizations, M&A transactions, and advising on the development and financing of projects. He has advised companies across a wide range of industries, in both the public and private sectors, including infrastructure, telecommunications, retail, concessions, construction, real estate, energy, mining, and sanitary services.

Lorena has developed her professional practice primarily in the areas of civil, corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate law, providing comprehensive advice to individuals and legal entities—both domestic and international—as well as non-profit organizations. Her work includes advising on negotiations, corporate restructurings, the prevention of legal contingencies, legal opinions, and the drafting and implementation of labor documentation and all types of contracts. She has extensive experience in wealth management and estate planning, as well as in corporate matters, including the partition of assets and inheritances, corporate reorganizations, M&A transactions, and advising on the development and financing of projects. Her advisory work has been focused particularly on companies in the commerce, telecommunications, sanitary services, construction, real estate, and agrochemical sectors. She worked as an associate at Aylwin Abogados between 2009 and 2015 and is currently a partner at Aylwin y Asociados Abogados.

José Francisco Silva

Jose has developed his professional practice in the field of comprehensive legal advisory services to individuals and legal entities, with a particular focus on civil, labor, and arbitration litigation, as well as corporate consulting. His practice is oriented toward the prevention of legal contingencies, risk mitigation, and the strategic resolution of disputes, advising clients in proceedings before both ordinary and arbitral courts. He also has experience serving as tribunal secretary in arbitration proceedings before the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM Santiago) and the ANFP Financial Fair Play Tribunal. In the labor field, he provides comprehensive advice to companies on contractual and regulatory compliance matters, including the drafting and implementation of employment contracts, amendments, settlement agreements, internal regulations, protocols related to the Karin Law, and other applicable labor regulations. He also has experience in corporate and commercial advisory services, including the incorporation, amendment, reorganization, and dissolution of companies, as well as advising foundations and non-profit corporations. Finally, he has experience advising clients on industrial property matters, particularly in the registration and protection of trademarks before INAPI.
