Tomás has developed his professional practice in the area of corporate and commercial law, advising domestic and international clients on negotiations, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, especially in companies in the retail and telecommunications sectors. He is a comprehensive legal advisor to various domestic and international companies, both for-profit and non-profit, across diverse industries, and has also served as a director in several companies. He has provided legal counsel on various investment projects and public and private tenders. He also has significant experience in litigation in general, arbitration, bankruptcy, settlements, and public procurement. He has served as a member of the arbitration panel of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce since 2006, as well as the National Arbitration Center since its inception.
