Jorge has primarily practiced law in the areas of administrative law – public domain concessions and services – and corporate law – civil, commercial, and tax law – advising domestic and international clients on negotiations, corporate restructurings, agreements for the execution of investment and infrastructure projects, legal opinions, and the drafting of all types of contracts. He has extensive experience in water law, where he has represented major companies in obtaining, regulating, and allocating water for commercial and consumption purposes. He also has solid experience in tax consulting, including tax planning, structuring transactions, and assisting in tax audits before the competent authority, for both individuals and corporations. This consulting has been particularly focused on companies in the water and sanitation, energy, construction, real estate, retail, and agricultural sectors. He has served as a Director of several companies, especially in the water and sanitation and real estate sectors.
