Jorge has developed his professional practice primarily in the areas of administrative law—particularly in concessions of public goods and public services—and corporate law, including civil, commercial, and tax matters. He advises both domestic and international clients on negotiations, corporate restructurings, agreements for the execution of investment and infrastructure projects, legal opinions, and the drafting and execution of all types of contracts. He has extensive experience in water law, having represented major companies in the acquisition, regularization, and allocation of water rights for commercial and consumption purposes. In addition, he has solid experience in tax advisory services, including tax planning, transaction structuring, and representation in audit processes before the relevant authorities, for both individuals and legal entities. These advisory services have been provided particularly to companies in the sanitary services, energy, construction, real estate, commercial, and agricultural sectors. He has also served as a director of several companies, especially in the sanitary services and real estate industries.
