
Tomas has focused his professional practice on civil, labor, regulatory, and administrative litigation, gaining experience across diverse sectors and industries, including telecommunications, sanitary services, and real state regulation, among others. In the telecommunications field, his practice encompasses sector-specific regulatory law, handling all types of permits and concessions, as well as challenges to administrative acts. In the sanitary sector, he has advised clients on water law, including applications for concessions and transfers of water rights, as well as the obtaining and processing of permits, fines, and various administrative proceedings before the relevant authorities In the area of real state law, his practice includes registry law and related litigation. He also has experience in environmental administrative proceedings, particularly in the defense of cases brought by the National Forestry Corporation (CONAF) for violations related to the clearing of native forests, including proceedings before local Courts. His areas of interest include endurance sports and the development of new technologies and financial instruments, such as artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies.
