In the healthcare sector, he has advised on water law, including applications for concessions and transfers of water rights, as well as obtaining and processing patents, fines, and various administrative procedures before sectoral authorities. In the land regulation sector, his practice includes registry law and its associated litigation. He has experience in environmental administrative proceedings, particularly in defending cases brought by the National Forestry Corporation (CONAF) for violations related to native forest logging, including proceedings before Local Police Courts.
