Jorge has developed her professional practice in the area of dispute prevention and resolution, representing both domestic and international companies before ordinary and special courts, such as the Public Procurement Court, the Industrial Property Court, the Tax and Customs Courts, and the ANFP's (Chilean National Professional Football Association) Property Court. He has international experience in the United States and England practicing international arbitration, managing cases for the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and advising clients in arbitration proceedings before leading global institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, CAM Santiago, and ad hoc proceedings. He has also served as a court clerk in various arbitration proceedings conducted under CAM Santiago rules. He has extensive experience in corporate and tax advisory services for both individuals and companies, both domestic and foreign, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and project development and financing. He has advised companies in various industries, both in the public and private sectors, on issues related to infrastructure, telecommunications, retail, concessions, construction, real estate, energy, mining and the health sector.
