
Paula has extensive experience in the construction, infrastructure, and public works concessions sectors, having worked in the private, trade association, and public sectors on corporate, administrative, and contractual matters. She is an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), participating in the resolution of disputes related to construction, infrastructure, and energy projects. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Technical Panel for Public Works Concessions (2020–2026 term), specializing in resolving technical and economic discrepancies in public works concession contracts. In addition, she has developed a recognized practice in disability rights and social inclusion, advising individuals and non-profit organizations, and actively participating in civil society and governmental initiatives. She is a frequent panelist at national and international conferences on inclusion, the exercise of rights, and access to justice. Since March 2018, she has been a partner at Aylwin Asociados Abogados, where she combines her experience in infrastructure and concessions with her commitment to defending human rights and social inclusion.
