
José Francisco has developed her professional practice in the field of comprehensive legal counsel to individuals and legal entities, with a special emphasis on civil, labor, and arbitration litigation, as well as corporate consulting. His practice focuses on preventing legal contingencies, mitigating risks, and strategically resolving disputes, advising clients in proceedings before ordinary and arbitral courts. He also has experience acting as a court clerk in arbitration proceedings before the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM Santiago) and the Chilean National Association of Professional Football (ANFP) Property Court. In the labor field, he provides comprehensive advice to companies on contractual and regulatory compliance matters, including drafting and implementing employment contracts, addendums, termination agreements, internal regulations, protocols related to the Karin Law, and other current labor regulations. He also has experience in corporate and business law advice, including the incorporation, amendment, reorganization, and dissolution of companies, as well as advising foundations and corporations. Finally, he has experience advising clients on industrial property, particularly on the registration and protection of trademarks before INAPI.
