
Lorena has practiced law primarily in the areas of civil, corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate law, providing comprehensive legal counsel to individuals and corporations, both domestic and foreign, as well as non-profit organizations, in negotiations, corporate restructurings, prevention of legal contingencies, reports, and the drafting and implementation of labor documentation and all types of contracts. She has extensive experience advising on estates and inheritances, as well as corporate matters, including property divisions and inheritances, business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and project development and financing. This consultative work has been particularly focused on companies in the retail, telecommunications, water and sanitation, construction, real estate, and agrochemical sectors. She served as an associate at Aylwin Abogados from 2009 to 2015 and is currently a partner at Aylwin y Asociados Abogados.
